Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and The College at Southeastern have launched a Kingdom Diversity Missions Initiative to encourage minorities to become more involved in Great Commission work around the world. Reports show improved levels of ethnic participation within SBC

 
A review of ethnic participation in Southern Baptist Convention life left a workgroup of the convention's Executive Committee encouraged at the SBC's progress and eager for increased diversity in the days ahead.
