PENSACOLA (FBW) Florida Baptist Witness has learned Hayes Wicker, pastor of First Baptist Church of Naples, will be nominated president of the Florida Baptist State Convention next week during the 143rd annual meeting in Jacksonville. Ted Traylor, pastor of Olive Baptist Church, Pensacola, will nominate Wicker, Traylor confirmed to the Witness Oct. 27.
